Tuesday tunes

Hope everyone is having a good Tuesday! I'm still recovering from the weekend. One of the best ones in awhile, for sure. We were at a friends cottage with a bunch of friends! It was exactly like what you would imagine a weekend would be in your 20's. Will remember it for a long time and can't wait till we do it all over again. But now it's a new week and back to reality and therefore I decided I would share my top 4 songs at the moment just to make this week go a little quicker.

1.  Alvaro Soler - El Mismo Sol ft. Jennifer Lopez

Why? This song has just something to it, I think it's just the rhythm. Every time I listen to this song I go back to Greece, played this song over and over again while driving around in the sun. Makes me smile instantly.

2.  Ellie Goulding - Something In The Way You Move

Why? Always been a big fan of Ellie so I'm excited to hear new material from her. This is just one of those feel good songs that you can dance to and not have a care in the world.

3.  One Direction - Infinity

Couldn't find a decent video for this one, sry.

Why? Never really been a crazy fan of their music but I'm really liking all their new music. This song especially even if it sounds cute it still has a mature sound to it. One of my favourite lines in the song is How many nights would it take to count the stars, that's the time it would take to fix my heart.

4.  Selena Gomez - Same old Love

Why? All I really wanna say about this is; you go girl! We all love a girl power song, whenever it's about changing, changing the world or just letting go of someone or something. Gives you a feeling if she can do it, so can you.

Have a good week !

Post travel feelings

I just got home from an amazing trip to Greece once again. This time I was there just a week, could have stayed longer thou. The weather was amazing and really really warm, which I wasn't really prepared to even though I wished for it to be warm. And just like any other time leaving sucked. I always get so emotionally attached to the places and people there, maybe the fact that I've been going to this same family hotel since I was 5 has something to do with it. A lot of people always ask why the same place and same hotel, and I tell them it's like our summer cottage and the people there are like a second family.

Coming home is always a bitter sweet feeling. It's nice to be home but I'm always longing back to the people and places. Therefore we always say see you later instead of goodbye, to make it a bit easier. So glad I live in the generation of social media, with Facebook and all the other forms that makes it easier to stay in touch with.

Almost took these cute kittens with me home. Think there were between 4-6 of them. Wanted them all but mom wasn't feeling the same way !

Bought these two products and loving them both. Both are made of olive oil which Greece is known for. As fall and winter are coming my skin gets super dry, so I'm hoping these two will help. I've tried them both and they smell amazing and are really doing their job on the moisturising part.

But I'm happy to be home and I'm already looking forward to my next trip which is a month away!
