I've had so many issues with both my computer and my network here at home that I thought I was going insane. Still seems like I have some issues since some of these pictures aren't as sharp on here as they are on my computer so I apologise for that.
But at the end of last month I went to Stockholm to visit my family there. It's been years since I was last there so it was fun to go back now. Visited so many places, The Vasa Museum for example. It's this very old and big ship and the history behind it was amazing. Something that blew my mind was that there were about 450 people on that ship all the time but they only had one chef. Poor fella...
The ship was so big that these pictures don't give justice to it.
We took a ferry boat over back to the old city and got to see the city from a water view. I must say that Stockholm is a really pretty town and the people there seem so nice and relaxed. No one was in a hurry or seemed stressed to be moving from point A to B, something we could learn from our neighbours.
My cousin also showed us the tiniest sculpture of Stockholm, it wasn't a lot bigger than an Iphone. It's quite cute looking up on the moon and the stars. Dreaming away...
And as a big ABBA fan as I am we had to go to the museum as well. It was a dream come true for my inner 10 year old who played there music video DVD non stop all day and everyday.
My heart is still so full from meeting so many family members, both old and new. We have such a big family and wish we would stay better in contact with each other. Met my cousin who I haven't seen since I was four years old. And after many health scares it just shows how precious family is and that you never really truly know how much time you have with it. Therefore this trip was really important to me and so happy I had the opportunity to go and see everyone.
